The CT Series transparent vacuum and pressure vessels are engineered for processes where real-time visual monitoring of fluid levels is critical. Combining a clear acrylic, polycarbonate or toughened glass cylinder with a robust metal frame, these pressurised fluid reservoirs allow operators to observe material behaviour directly during operation.

Why the CT Series

SEE THE PROCESS. CONTROL THE PROCESS.

Available in capacities from 0.5 to 10 litres and rated to 60 psi (4 bar), the CT Series offers a reliable clear pressure vessel solution for laboratory, testing and controlled dispensing applications.

Transparent pressure vessel FAQ

TECHNICALQUESTIONS.

  • What are transparent pressure vessels used for?

Transparent pressure vessels are used in applications where operators need to visually monitor fluid levels and process conditions in real time. Typical uses include laboratory fluid dispensing, IP (Ingress Protection) testing, adhesive and resin supply systems, paint and coating dispensing, pilot-scale chemical processing, and immersion testing.

  • What pressure can CT Series transparent pressure vessels withstand?

CT Series transparent pressure vessels are rated to a maximum working pressure of 60 psi (4 bar), making them suitable for controlled laboratory and light industrial fluid dispensing processes.

  • What is the difference between acrylic and glass cylinder pressure vessels?

Clear acrylic pressure vessels are lightweight and impact-resistant, making them practical for general laboratory and testing environments. Toughened glass cylinder vessels offer higher chemical resistance and are better suited for applications involving solvents or aggressive fluids. Both options provide clear visibility of fluid levels and process conditions.

  • Are CT Series vessels suitable for chemical fluids?

CT Series transparent pressure vessels are compatible with a wide range of fluids including adhesives, resins, inks, paints, and water-based solutions. For aggressive solvents or chemicals, the toughened glass cylinder option is recommended. Please consult our technical team to confirm compatibility with specific fluids.
