Precision Tanks For Accurate Flow Control
All precision reservoirs can be supplied with our flow control kit to enable precise fluid flow and pressure control for applications requiring accurate fluid deposits or superior feed systems to improve production yield.
The flow control kit is designed to work with single deposit and large volume applications. The fluid regulation is obtained by a combination of a programmable sensor and regulator.
The vessel’s fluid tubing incorporates a programmable flow or pressure sensor directly connected to a programmable proportional air pressure regulator fitted on the reservoir.
The sensor is set to a low and high limit suitable for the application. When either limit is hit, a signal is sent to the regulator to re-adjust the air pressure in the tank.
